How we use your data and protect your account and files.

Data we need

The website does not ask to access your personal files through the browser. We do collect data needed to operate the store: your name, email and sign-in details; session information such as IP address and browser type; and orders, amounts, payment status, and subscriptions. If you contact support, we process the information you share to handle your request.

Why we use the data

We use this data to create and secure accounts, process payment, deliver keys and files, send essential order messages, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell customers’ personal data.

Payments and service providers

Card details are processed by Tap; the store does not store your full card number. We share only the data needed with the payment provider, email delivery provider, and subscription issuer to fulfill your order. If you choose Google sign-in, the account information needed for sign-in is used. These providers may process some data outside Saudi Arabia under their services and applicable requirements.

Downloads and security

The website does not install software on your device unless you choose to download and run it. We do not intentionally add malware to our files and take reasonable steps to protect the site and downloads, but no software can be guaranteed 100% safe. Download files from your official order page and contact support if anything seems unexpected.

Cookies, retention, and your rights

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and store your cart selection locally in your browser. We keep account data while the account exists and order data for as long as needed to fulfill orders and meet legal obligations. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data where permitted by law through technical support.
